P5000-1 System
Features
- Easily adaptable to any wellhead.
- May be used with either concentric or eccentric wellhead completions, and can be run in small annular space wells.
- Quick penetrator installation below tubing hanger.
- Three (3) individual penetrator assemblies are inserted through pre-drilled holes in the tubing hanger.
- All metal to metal seals provide dual barrier sealing in each penetrator and secure them to the tubing hanger.
- No cable splice is made. To complete the connection, simply attach three male connector ends to the pump cable and plug all three male and female connections together.
- Simple surface installation.
- Three flexible fittings with Swagelok end connections seal off in the penetrator above the tubing head adaptor.
- An articulating bracket fixes the surface hardware firmly to the wellhead.
- Reusable explosion proof and safe surface conduit system (LBDN) and breather is provided at the wellhead to allow for simple surface connection.
- U.L. listed surface cable (CLX) is terminated and sealed in the conduit system for required length to reach the motor control panel.
