Quick Connectors Incorporated (QCI), a Houston based company, is a leading provider of penetrator systems for use with electrical submersible pumps. QCI is proud of delivering quality, on-time products that meet our customers’ requirements. We have over 20 years of oil field experience with our products and systems.

QCI's uniquely designed systems are adaptable to any wellhead, whether new or in-use for concentric and non-concentric applications.

QCI systems are designed specifically to meet the highest classifications of safety compliance within the U.S. for the operation of electrical equipment in hazardous/explosive areas (Class I, Divisions 1 and 2) with metal-to-metal sealing for any well chemistry. All of our systems can adapt to any pump cable and electrical requirement currently in use (up to 5000 Volts and 250 Amps). QCI can also retrofit any existing mandrel penetrator system.

Our connections eliminate standard cable splices, and can normally be accomplished in about 30 minutes--compared to two hours, or more, for standard cable splices! All penetrators and surface systems are Third-Party Certified for Hazardous Locations.

QCI is represented globally and offers a complete range of penetrators for both wellhead and packer applications. We have made over 6000 installations to date.

In addition to installation, QCI provides product support and training for field personnel or pump company technicians to run our penetrators. Strategic placement of training equipment helps the end users to reduce the cost of travel for service employees. Service and training are provided on a day rate basis. Training is also provided free of charge at either of our US facilities. It is QCI's goal to train others to run our systems.
